Date Night & Bloggerversary Details

Happy Saturday everyone! ;)

I had date night with the hubs yesterday! :)  It was pretty fun.  We enjoyed....drum roll please....

FOOD TRUCK NIGHT

in our town! Who would have thought that food truck night would be that exciting, but...really it was!  I don't know if you've ever done it before, but...what happens is, they block off a street in your downtown area, and several different food trucks pull up along the sidewalk.  There's lots of variety...deep fried deliciousness, pasta, international dishes, and soup and salad trucks too! :)  Chris got food from a guy who was offering fried catfish and gator tail!  I went to a 'lobster' themed truck and had a cup of lobster bisque and some chips!  We were having a great time until...

RAIN!

So not fun!  Especially on the day that I 'got my hair did'! :/

So, Chris went to get the car for me...to rescue my do!

Love that man! :)

So we came home, had creme brulee & coffee for dessert while we watched...
