Crazy 8 Day 4--Black History Month Studies

Happy Monday Everyone! :)  Today is the fourth & final day of my Crazy 8 Giveaway!  Only one more day of fun and freebies from my store! :) So glad ya'll are following my adventures!
Today's all about January Units! :) You'll be able to snag my MLK themed sentence scramble! :)

Here's what's included in my MLK themed sentence scramble!

Want to have it for your class?
Download it from TPT HERE! :)

I am so excited about my progressive bundle for Black History Month Studies! :)

This week, I launched my progressive bundles for fluency and you guys really responded to that! :)  I thought that maybe if I bundled what I use for my Black History Month studies, that might be useful to you as well, so...here I go! :)

If you've followed me for a while, you've already seen my MLK Writing Pack probably.
I used it last year, and I plan on using it again in about two weeks! :)  It's one of my favorites to teach! :)

I have a teaching powerpoint, lots of writing resources, a timeline project and a craft included here! :)  You can check it out on TPT HERE.

I also have my Underground Railroad Unit in this bundle.
Everyone has an area that they *shine* in...or are an expert in.  This is my thing, friends.  My entire team got into teaching about the Underground Railroad because I got them all excited about it! LOL!
This pack has grown over the years, it probably will some more...but...it's still pretty big and pretty fun to teach, if I do say so myself! :)  I teach this over two weeks, and then at the end of the month, my students do a play.  They play is not included, but...here's a clip of one of my sweeties performing part of the I Have A Dream Speech! :) It's part of the play that we do!
Click HERE to see! :) The students talk about this unit probably more than any other that I do each year!  This is my fourth time teaching it...and it never gets old!

I am super excited about the two brand new fluency sets I'll be rolling out in this bundle.  You know that Bridging the Gap is for taking your kids to the 'next level.'  Well, these two new sets of passages are for the high end of first and the high end of second.  There will be ten passages in each set.  They will relate to Black History Month studies.
I so love sharing my love for this particular topic!
I hope that will come across in the passages!  So excited for you to read them! :)

I hope you've enjoyed this last four days as much as I have! :)
Tomorrow, I'll share with you who won our three giveaways! :)
